The panel:

Keith Stewart, Capgemini Invent

Dr Keith Stewart leads the Strategy and Operating Model and Healthcare Consulting teams at Capgemini invent. Throughout his consulting career he has helped a wide range of clients across the public, private and third sectors develop and implement their strategies and drive fundamental changes to their operating and business models. He’s lucky to have worked with many of the UK’s leading public sector organisations, including Great Ormond Street Hospital, The Open University, the Said Business School and various research councils and their research institutes. He’s also worked with central government departments and their executive agencies, together with a range of clients in the private sector including pharmaceutical, crop sciences and specialist chemicals companies.

A reformed academic, he holds a DPhil in Molecular Plant Pathology and has found a long term career in management consultancy to be the perfect choice for a consummate problem solver who is easily bored. Outside of work, he enjoys cycling, craft ales and malt whisky (not at the same time).

George Riddell, Deloitte

George Riddell is an Associate Director for International Trade Policy where he works with Deloitte’s Brexit Insights Centre advising clients on Trade Policy, Brexit, market access opportunities and trade promotion issues. George is part of the business-side secretariat to the Professional & Business Services Council, which Deloitte chairs alongside the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy. George assists the Trade Technical Group of the PBSC, which takes pro bono commissions from a variety of HMG departments across a wide range of trade policy matters. He has appeared before the House of Commons select committee on International Trade to give evidence for their inquiry on Trade in Services. Before joining Deloitte, he spent six years representing the UK at the World Trade Organisation where he worked on the UK’s Brexit transition in the WTO as well as taking part in the ongoing trade negotiations in Geneva.He also spent time seconded to the Kenyan Trade Ministry as well as working with trade-related think-tanks.

Diane Lightfoot Business Disability Forum

Diane Lightfoot is CEO of Business Disability Forum, a not-for-profit membership organisation that supports businesses to recruit and retain disabled employees and to serve disabled customers. Business Disability Forum’s 300 members now employ around 15% of the UK workforce and 8 million people worldwide. They range from FTSE 100 companies and central Government departments to technology, transport and construction companies, retailers, higher education providers and public services bodies.

Diane sits on a number of boards including the Government’s Disability Expert Advisory Panel, Work Autism and the Institute of Coding’s Diversity & Inclusion Board. She is Chair of the Disabled Students’ Stakeholder Group and in her spare time is Chair of the Challenging Behaviour Foundation.
